You are stuck in a place between places with other souls trying to escape. None of you have a grasp on who you were. You'll find out once you make it to the other side.
I Touched the Evil of the World and Saw All the Others in Hell with Me is a Belonging Outside Belonging hack where you trade playbooks as you play. Who you are is affixed only at the end of the game and only if you were the one to escape.
This game was developed for the Fix Your Hearts Or Die game jam in honour of David Lynch's passing. If you are someone who has contributed to the increased hostility towards trans people in the world, truly, fix your heart or die.
